NFT Vietnam Gallery operates as an informational showcase and educational platform dedicated to Vietnamese digital art and blockchain art technology. By submitting artwork for consideration, you represent and warrant that:

• You are the original creator of the work
• You own all rights to the submitted artwork
• The work does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights
• You have the right to grant permissions for display and promotion

4.2 Gallery Rights

By submitting artwork, you grant NFT Vietnam Gallery the right to:

• Review and evaluate your work for potential exhibition
• Display your work in exhibitions with proper artist attribution
• Use images of featured work for promotional purposes
• Feature your artist profile and biography on our platform

4.3 Rejection of Submissions

We reserve the right to reject submissions that do not meet our curatorial standards, violate these terms, or contain inappropriate content. Rejection does not imply copyright infringement or quality judgment.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Gallery Content

All content on NFT Vietnam Gallery website, including text, graphics, images, design, and layout, is the property of NFT Vietnam Gallery or its content suppliers and is protected by Vietnamese and international copyright laws.

5.2 Artist Works

All submitted artwork retains its original copyright ownership. Artists retain all intellectual property rights to their work. Featured works are displayed with proper attribution to the artist.

5.3 Blockchain and NFTs

NFT Vietnam Gallery does not handle, manage, or verify blockchain or NFT ownership. We provide informational content only. Any blockchain transactions or NFT claims are separate from our platform and operate independently.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Post or transmit any unlawful, threatening, abusive, libelous, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable content
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site or servers connected to the Site
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or related systems
• Engage in spamming or unsolicited advertising
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others

• Original, legal artwork created by you or used with proper permissions

10. Vietnamese Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the appropriate courts located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

11. Changes to Terms

NFT Vietnam Gallery reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of modified terms means you accept and agree to the changes.

12. Termination
